Overview
We love vacationing in our lovely ocean view villa, just steps away from one of Hilton Heads most beautiful beaches and we know that you will too!
Relax on our second floor balcony and enjoy the ocean view, palm trees and salt air. We have made sure that our villa provides ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. It is RECENTLY RENOVATED with new tile floors, luxurious carpet, new efficiency kitchen with Corian counters and ceramic tile, and newly tiled bath.
The unit sleeps four adults with a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Two children can sleep in the built-in bunks (our six and nine year olds say these are the coolest!) in the sleeping alcove with privacy doors.
Our villa is fully-equipped with all the modern conveniences. After all, we stay there too! Your villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and linens provided. This is a GREAT HOTEL ALTERNATIVE: more space, complete kitchen so you can eat out less, and much lower cost!
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is CENTRALLY LOCATED, beautifully maintained, and provides everything you could ask for: TEN LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS featuring fully-equipped pro shop offering both private and group lessons, largest OCEANFRONT POOL on the island, separate kiddie pool, childrens summer activity program, a large fishing lagoon, oceanfront Tiki-bar and RESTAURANT. (entertainment through summer).
There is a childrens playground, picnic area complete with barbecue grills, miniature golf, seasonal bike and skate rental, convenience/souvenir store, coin-operated laundry on our floor, 24 hour security guard house and roving patrol, an elevator, and more! You are JUST A FEW STEPS to our beautiful, expansive, white sandy private access beach on the Atlantic Ocean. And the mid-island location is close to everything that Hilton Head has to offer!
