The villa is located in the most requested complex that includes Hilton Heads largest oceanfront pool, tennis courts, onsite restaurants, live music, bike rentals, beachside bar, tennis pro shop, & 24 hour security. Our villa is conveniently located on the second floor, just steps from the oceanside pool & private beach.
It is an inviting property, tastefully decorated in a palm tree theme. This unit was totally redone Winter 2004-2005 with tile floors, laminate in the bedroom, new furnishings, fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets, all new appliances including dishwasher, DVD & VCR in the living room, TV/VCR combo in the bedroom, & queen size sofa bed. This is considered a VIP level villa. There is a laundry room that was also remodeled in 2004 conveniently located in the building.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is located in the beautiful Folly Field area of the Island. It is close to shopping, golf courses, restaurants, & entertainment. Historic Savannah is only 1 hour away & Charleston is just 2 hours. There is 24 hour on site security for your safety & peace of mind.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or credit card payments through Paypal can be accepted.
*A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the property for a weekly rental, with full balance required 30 days proir to your arrival date or the deposit will be forfeited.
*A $200 security deposit must be paid 10 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided the villa is left in the condition it was in upon arrival and rental packet and keys have been returned to owner.
*Payments for less than a week are required to be paid on full, plus applicable security deposit, before the villa will be held.
*A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the property for a monthly rental, with full balance required 30 days prior to arrival. For additional months, payment in full is required 15 days in advance.
*All prices include cleaning & linens.
*An additional South Carolina 10% Accommodations Tax will be charged. This fee is based on your rental rate.
