Overview
Great, Affordable Getaway!! Newly remodeled, spacious, non-smoking two bedroom, two full bathroom villa located on the first floor. We’ve just completed some major remodelling. All new furniture throughout, fresh paint, new carpet, brand new kitchen cabinets (and their contents), new flooring, new light fixtures; we could go on and on, please come and see for yourself. We’re thrilled with the results and are sure you will be too!
Located in Fiddlers Cove, a 23 acre resort, our villa is centrally located and within a four minute walk to Folly Field Beach, Hilton Heads widest and cleanest stretch of white sand. The resort provides 24-hour gated security to its residents and guests. There are 10 Har Tru Clay tennis courts, two indoor racquetball courts for your use, free of charge and two pools with a heated Jacuzzi. Several playgrounds are located throughout the property for families with children. The island offers of miles paved bike paths for cycling enthusiasts, and we have a bike rack that is conveniently located right outside our villa.
The kitchen has all new cabinets, sink and flooring. It’s fully equipped and has been stocked with all new dishes, cookware, small appliances (blender, coffee maker and toaster) and utensils for your convenience and cooking pleasure (we have also started a collection of carry-out and delivery menus!). The brand new dining table comfortably seats six and we have two folding chairs available to accommodate any additional guests.
The living room features new carpeting and furniture, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and 27 inch TV with built in DVD/VCR player along with premium cable. There is also a private patio off the living room with two chairs and a small table, great for a morning cup of coffee or relaxing in the evening.
Both bedrooms feature new furniture, bedding, carpet and updated decor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private full bath and 13 inch TV with DVD player and premium cable. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Bed linens and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels/blankets) at no additional charge.

Rates
Rates include cleaning fee & linens & applicable taxes. Rental is from Saturday
to Saturday, check-in @ 4 pm & check-out @ 10 am. Deposit of $200 will hold
reservation. Payment in full required 30 days prior to arrival. Cash, check or
money order accepted. Full refund available 30 days prior to check-in date.
