Overview
Why bring all of your beach stuff from home? I provide beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and a beach buggy to roll it all to the beach. We also have a free beach shuttle if you dont want to walk. This spacious, three bedroom, two bath villa has spectacular panoramic views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, the saltwater marsh, two lagoons, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.
Need additional villas? In the same building we have a two bedroom, two bath villa on the first floor with a lagoon view and a peak of the ocean on a very private deck. On the fourth and top floor we have a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa. In the adjacent building we have a three bedroom, two bath villa and a two bedroom two bath villa both located on the first floor by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The den has a sofa bed that can be used for additional sleeping. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats four. There is also a private screened deck off of the den with a bar table and 4 chairs and an incredible view of the Trent Jones Ocean Course including the famous #10 ocean hole.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!
The master bedroom has a television, ceiling fan and a king-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television with DVD & VCR with another full bath just down the hall. Kids will love this third bedroom with a twin bed and bunkbeds that sleep three - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top making this bedroom sleep four comfortably. There is also a television with DVD!
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort’s private cabana, Cocos with food, drinks, and restrooms. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach cart to roll them to the beach. No roads to cross and just an eight to ten minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island! We also have a free beach shuttle and free WiFi at the indoor pool.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, private sundeck, volleyball, on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, exercise facility, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers, dryers, and elevators on every floor and ample parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
