Our affordable, two bedroom villas have been completely remodeled, and have everything you could want in a vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it near our beachfront villas: golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing, jet-skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! There are lagoons, a private marsh, and private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day on the beach or at the resorts private beach cabana bar and grille on the ocean enjoying your favorite food and drink, and listening to music until midnight in the summer season! Cabana bar open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. You may never want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courses, and private beach cabana facilities.

Our villas were remodeled from top to bottom with all new carpet, flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, and decorations!

We equipped our villas with everything you could possibly need during your stay: TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, blender, blow dryer, iron, towels, linens, family games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart in each villa for you to take to down to the ocean.
Our resort offers Wi-Fi access at the main pool area and Deli, and we even have bike rentals on sight from Memorial Day through Labor Day! All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towel, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!!
MULTIPLE VILLAS AVAILABLE FOR LARGE GROUPS! Rentals are weekly, Sat. to Sat. in the Spring and Summer. During the Fall and Winter months we deeply discount our rates, and are open to nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. Please call or email for details! We have quite a few friends who own villas at the resort, so if you have a large group, give us a call! We can put you in touch with other owners and accommodate your entire group!
