Overview
Two bedroom, two bath villa located on the first floor. From your private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon, and a peak of the Atlantic Ocean. Deck has a rocker and table and chairs to enjoy the view. A very quiet and peaceful villa.
Need more villas? In the same building, we have a three bedroom, two bath villa on the third floor and a two bedroom, two bath, ocean view villa on the fourth and top floor. We have two more villas in the very next building. One is a two bedroom, two bath villa and another is a three bedroom, two bath villa. Both are located on the first floor by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations. Call for details.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep eight comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Beautiful marsh, and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and den!
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal!
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, tv and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. Kids will love the second bedroom that has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and another twin making this room sleep four. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan. There is another full bath just outside the door.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort’s private cabana Cocos with food, drinks and restrooms. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach cart to roll them to the beach. No roads to cross and just an eight to ten minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island. We also have a free beach shuttle to the beach.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.
There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, volleyball, on site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, exercise room, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers and dryer facilities the first floor, elevators and ample parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
