Our spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offers all the comforts of home - for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel room. This is our second home and we treat it with tender loving care. It is fresh and clean with all new furniture, carpet and paint. A newly remodeled unit at Hilton Head Resort, we are absolutely the best value on the island!
Our private second floor balcony overlooks a beautiful clear pool and our front door opens to four lighted tennis courts. The beach is a short walk across our awesome saltwater marsh (with abundant wildlife) where a cabana with food and drink await.
The low rental price includes access to free local telephone service, cable television, beach toys, tennis equipment, books, videos/VCR, board games and much, much more - including full access to all onsite resort amenities.
Our full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need for eating in. We even have a high chair and stroller for you to use if you are traveling with little ones. If you decide to eat out, we can recommend a number of tested restaurants so you dont have to spend your time experimenting.

No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance.
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance are subject to $50 cancellation fee.
