Overview
We offer a redecorated privately owned condo to help you enjoy your visit to the beach and Hilton Head Island. Our unit is 2BR/2BA, third floor air-conditioned unit. The unit features a roomy living area that leads to our balcony overlooking the 5th green at the Port Royal Barony golf course (see picture). We enjoy watching golfers putt on the green as we sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. Our condo is completely furnished and includes a foldout queen-size sleeper sofa so the unit will sleep six comfortably. The large living room dining room area include an entertainment center containing a cable color TV with a VCR, and a stereo CD unit. Master bedroom also has cable TV-VCR combo. Just off the dining area is a roomy newly remodeled kitchen supplied with a electric stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc., including a clothes washer and dryer. The kitchen has new cabinets, tile floors and stone counter tops.
