Unit is in the Admirals Row section of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort and is approx 50 yard walk to private beach entrance. 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, full kitchen with microwave, King bed in Master Bedroom with private full bath, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath right outside bedroom door, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Color TV sets in both bedrooms and living room, DVD player, CD player, unit totally updated and renovated with tropical decor, double balcony directly adjacent to olympic pool, ocean view to left and approximatey 50 yards to beach entrance. New Corian counter tops in updated kitchen with new appliances and new ceramic tile entry foyer, new heating & Airconditioning unit installed 1/06. Broadband Internet access is also available *please inquire with me if you need this. Kids supervised activities all Summer, restaurant on premisis is kid friendly, 10 lighted tennis courts, exercise room, game room, private beach entrance, 2 olympic pools, shuffleboard, basketball, bike rentals all right on premisis and walking distance to the unit. Free use of beach chairs & umbrella, sand toys & boogie board. DVD rentals available for rent in main lobby and brochure stand in main lobby with all Island activities. Bar & Grill on beach at main pool for lunch. Large grocery shopping store right across the highway or ask us about grocery delivery to your front door. You will love our unit and the Resort! Weekly stay rates include city/state tax, cleaning fee, towels, linens, soaps for your entire stay, no hidden charges. We give you everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. How to proceed with rental: You can send $250 to hold the unit for your dates by credit card or check. By credit card go to http://www.BeachAndGolfVacation.com and click on PayPal logo on bottom left of home page. Follow prompts to fill out form to pay by visa, mastercard, amex, discover. Our account is set to only take $250, no other amount. To pay by check: E-mail me for address, send $250 within 3 business days by mail. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. I will remind you. Security of $225 is due with balance and will be returned to you within 7 days of your checkout. Dont delay as this unit books very fast because of its close proximity to beach and handicap access.
