COME AND MAKE MEMORIES AT OUR VILLA BY THE OCEAN WITH PRIVATE BEACH. Each villa is privately owned and decorated and we spared no expense in furnishing this villa with all the comforts of home. This villa has everything you could want on vacation. Relax and enjoy in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. Sleeps 6(1 Queen, 2 Twins & sofa bed) living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This cozy villa has been newly remodeled with new carpet, paint, furniture and decorated with a beach theme.
Just a short walk on the private boardwalk over the marsh to the ocean front cabana bar with food, drinks, music, games and restrooms. Shuttle service is also available.
No matter what your looking for you will find it near our villa. We have equipped our villa with everything you could possibly need during your stay: 2 cable TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, blow dryer, towels, linens, games, etc.
READY FOR THE BEACH!! We even have beach chairs, beach buggy and a beach umbrella for you to take to the beach. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!

$75.00 Cleaning Fee, Includes Linens & Towels
A $200. deposit reserves your vacation. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
$250.00 Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in along with balance due. The security deposit covers any breakage or damaged items. You will be reimbursed the security deposit if no damage or breakage occurred.
