Overview
This is a lovely newly renovated villa at 34 South Forest Beach. Xanadu Villas is located right across from the beach. Also, Coligny Plaza is a short 5 min. bike ride. Go there for shopping, ice cream, and restaurants. Xandau villas has tennis courts, pool, and a security entrance for residences only. There is a day bed that has another pull out twin underneath it so you dont have to sleep on another uncomfortable sleeper sofa. Please no smoking or no pets allowed. I require half the payment to lock in the dates and the other half anytime before arrival. Villa is cleaned by a cleaning company so check out time is at 11:00. I do have a rental agreement that must be signed and sent with first payment.
