Overview
This South Forest Beach villa, located at the Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the beach. Decorated in what the designer calls a *shabby chic* style, it is a beautiful blend of vintage furnishings. This beach oriented villa is a two story townhome design.
On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area and the master bedroom.
The well appointed living room opens to to a patio area viewing a lagoon and then onto the pool. The kitchen has been redone and there is ample room to prepare any feast. There is a pass thru window to the dining area. For your convenience a powder room is located on the main level.
Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. These guest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a bedroom with twins. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional TVs in the master bedroom as well as the queen bedroom.
