#1 visited location in all of Hilton Head. This townhouse has a spectacular location. Its bordered by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all.
The townhouse is 100 yards off of the beach, walk out the front door & directly across South Forest Beach Drive & the board walk to the beach is right there!
The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and building castles in the sand.
Whether youre looking for a place close to the beach, a quiet tropical setting to nest in, or a high energy/high activity vacation, our town home can offer it all. There are many activities to choose from. Yet this cozy private residence offers lots of opportunity for quiet relaxation.
Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand -- which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails. There is a private numbered parking spot for you directly out front of the townhouse.
Our Villa has been newly decorated and has all new furniture (new couches in the living room, sleeper sofa). The Kitchen & entrance way, newly tiled. The upstairs & the downstairs carpet are newly cleaned.
The 1/2 bath & full upstairs bath have been fully renovated & updated, new tile, wallpaper....
This furnished, two-bedroom/1.5-bath, private residence is tastefully decorated in a modern, subtle decor. On the first floor there is a living area, a dining room table, a kitchen, & a 1/2 bath. Theres also a TV entertainment center. There are sliding glass doors that open to a patio area with chairs to sit on, that leads to the complexs fenced in public pool & a separate kids pool. There is also a laundry hut in the courtyard for the entire complex.
