Overview
Nestled in a quiet tropical setting, Continental Club is a private complex of only 16 units across the street from the spectacular beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Forest Beach is the #1 visited location in all of Hilton Head. This townhouse is so conveniently located that there will be no need to drive anywhere until departure. A short walk (2 blocks) takes you to Cologny Plaza and all the amenities it affords. Like coffee shops, bakeries, wonderful restaurants, shops galore, entertainment, grocery/liquor store, bike/water rentals. Be sure to visit the Tiki Hut and volleyball courts on the beach. Water Fun Park is just a hop-n-skip away too. For those who are not fond of too much sun or sand, a lonely on-site pool with shaded cabana is a delightful alternative to the beach. A marvelous way to see the island and its unforgettable foliage is take a bike ride, jog, or skate on the extensive winding paved trails that surround the island right in front of the complex. This private residence offers lots of opportunity for relaxation or just go wild with all the activities Hilton Head has to offer.
This 1000 sq.ft. clean and well maintained townhome is comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated. Outside features a private front and back courtyard providing a cozy atmosphere.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a full bath. Master bedroom (13x11) features a king bed with a pillow top mattress to insure a good nights rest, TV/DVD with cable, walk-in closet, a dresser for those who dont like living out of a suit case and a balcony overlooking the private patio.
The second bedroom (13x11) features two half-king beds that can be used together or apart, TV/DVD with cable, and plenty closet space.
Spacious living area (13x15) includes a full size sleeper sofa, TV/Stereo, DVD/VCR combo for your entertainment. A full feature kitchen (13x15), breakfast bar, large dining area, laundry room and half bath.
I live in my townhome in the off season therefore it has all the comforts of home I want when I return from my travels. I make frequent improvements during the year based on the comments of my guests, so please feel free to make any suggestions.
