Conveniently located on Lark Street in North Forest Beach, this lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is only a 100 yard walk to the beach and only minutes away from the many shops and restaurants of the Forest Beach area. This home offers a brand new private pool with Jacuzzi to add to the vacation. Lark is very nicely furnished and promises a cozy environment to its guests. Lark features modern decor and accessories, brick tiled floors throughout, an up-graded fully-stocked kitchen, and a screened porch (with bricked flooring). The house also has a charcoal grill available Each bedroom has a style of its own, with the master bedroom having a king-sized bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and television and VCR. The other three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, the other with kids bunk beds, share a bath. Through March 1, 2008 : $1,000 per week
March 1- April 5: $1,300
April 5- May 24- 8: $1,600
May 24 - August 2: $2,500
August 2 - August 30: $1,800
August 30 - September 27: $1,500
September 27 - December 27: $1,000
All rates will have a 11% tax added on (includes state and local taxes)
Guests bringing pets will be charged an additional $150 pet fee. Pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost per week ($250-$600 depending on time of year)
