Overview
This beautiful townhouse is ideal for a small family or two couples. The house is fully equipped including two cable TVs and two VCRs. There is ceramic tile in foyer, kitchen, and both bathrooms. The remainder of the house has wall-to-wall carpeting.
There are over 25 golf courses and 150 tennis courts on the island. We offer free tennis court time at Van der Meer Tennis Center, which is a short block from our house.
Theres no need to drive to the beach, as we are directly across the street from the most wonderful beach offering all kinds of water activities. Enjoy riding bikes on the beach, as well as on the numerous bike paths all over the island.
Would you rather roller blade? You can do that too on the bike paths. For those preferring less activity, there are many cruises to enjoy, including dolphin and sunset cruises.
Or maybe youd rather explore the wildlife preserve or go horseback riding. Waterfun Park, a great place for children, is just one block from our house. We are within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which has many stores and restaurants. And an outlet mall is just off the island.
The restaurants are wonderful -- offering great local seafood; they range from casual to exquisite.
We think youll be delighted with our house and all that the island has to offer. We have many repeat renters. If you havent been to Hilton Head Island before, now is the time to come!
