Our Resort Complex is located Mid-Island, at Mile Marker Seven, with PRIVATE ACCESS to the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is a 24-Hour Gated Community, with many resort amenities which are FREE of charge to owner’s and their guests.
Our REMODELED villa is located on the third floor, just off of the elevator, steps from the outdoor pool and boardwalk to the beach.
Our Villa FEATURES:
The spacious MASTER bedroom with private FULL bath, marble floors, tub and shower, comfy QUEEN-size bed, ceiling fan, closet, and TV with resort cable (60 plus channels), and seven HBO channels.
The SECOND bedroom has a QUEEN-size murphy bed,ceiling fan, closet and TV, also with resort cable (60 plus channels), and seven HBO channels.
The THIRD bedroom has a TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed set, closet, ceiling fan and cable TV.
The NEW KITCHEN appliances include: full-size stainless steel refrigerator and ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and garbage disposal. The kitchen includes silverware, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, and many pots and pans for the traveling gourmet!
The DINING table seats six, and the kitchen counter bar accommodates three additional people.
The LIVING ROOM has a brand new SOFA SLEEPER and LOVE SEAT (2006) and has a screened in private balcony with a table and two chairs. There is also a TV with cable, and DVD player ready to enjoy after a day by the pool.
The WASHER and DRYER are located in the hallway next to the second bathroom, which also has marble floors.
Our PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS is great for long, BEAUTIFUL sunset strolls on the beach, and collecting seashells. Miles and miles of bike paths are located at the Resort’s driveway, and go for miles in either direction!
