Overview
Incredible two bedroom, two bath villa conveniently located on the first floor (no waiting for elevators). Patio is overlooking the outdoor pool and just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach.
Need additional villas? We have a three bedroom, two bath villa right around the corner. In the next building we have a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the top floor, a three bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the third floor and a two bedroom, two bath on the first floor with a tropical view. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep six comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Patio is perfect to watch kids at the pool! Island Grill and Deli is right outside your door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, televison, and ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower.
The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan, television, and two twin beds. Bath with tub and shower is just outside the door.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and a beach cart to roll them to the beach. No roads to cross and just an eight to ten minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, and of course our beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, horseshoe pit, on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, Nautilus machine, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers/dryers and elevators on every floor and ample parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
