This beautiful spacious villa is only six years old. It is located right next to the Port Royal Rachet Club and just minutes from the Westin Hotel. For those who like tennis there is tennis right in your back yard which you get one hour free a day. You also have access to two swimming pools just a minute away. For those who like the beach, you can take a short walk along the beautiful walking trails. Three golf courses are just minutes away. You also have access to high speed wireless internet for those who need to check in with the office, check email, or just like to surf the web.
The villa features two master suites. Each suite has a king bed, 27 inch flat screen tv, ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds, 27 inch flat screen tv, and its own private bath room. There is also a queen sleeper pull-out couch for extra guests.
The large kitchen is fully equiped with all the amenities of home including a wet bar and breakfast bar that seats four. The large dining room can be used to re-unite the family after a day of island events. After dinner everyone can relax on the deck over-looking the grass tennis courts or watching a movie in the spacious living room. The living room has two full size couches, over sized chair with foot stool, ceiling fan, dvd/vcr, and a 53 inch flat screen tv.
The villa is also equiped with a full size washer and dryer, desk, stereo cd player, iron/board, and all bed and bath linens.
