Overview
By Owner: charming, immaculate 2-BD, 2 BA condo/villa, recently remodeled and refurnished. Sleeps 5 (1 twin & 2 queen beds). Non-smoking. No pets. Balcony view of golf course. Gated community with 24-hour security. Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna, public hottub, exercise room, indoor walking track, 6 tennis courts, racquetball, convenience store w/internet cafe (fee-based). We are beachside (no crossing streets!). Only barrier separating us from the beach is a scenic wetland. Access to beach in approx. 7-min. via private boardwalk (no sharing with other communities). Cabanna on beach (open summer season) serves food & drinks with baths and horseshoe pit.
Villa features satellite, surround-sound TV and a DVD-VHR combo for your viewing enjoyment. Kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking & dining conveniences. Kitchen table seats 4. Master BD has queen bed and adjourning full bath with TV. Guest BD has both a queen and twin bed and a full bath with shower stall. Washer and dryers are on all floors of the Resort for your convenience. Bike Rental on the property (summer season).

We are located in the heart of the island at mile marker 7 next to Palmetto Dunes--a skip and hop from any and everything with over 250 restaurants, nightspots/pubs, tours & cruises, family recreation and sports such as an amusement park, water & ocean sports, bike & hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and tennis--to shopping mall and outlets, businesses, cinemas, musuem, art gallery, theatre, library AND of course...our fabulous Hilton Head Beach! Hilton Head Island can be as quiet or as busy as you want it to be!
