Overview
This completely renovated condo is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you had better be prepared for some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island. Our condo includes crown moldings throughout, hardwood floors, stone countertops, ceiling fans in every room, and top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. Every gadget and appliance is included, as well. Condo amenities are just steps away from our units door. The swimming pool is right downstairs, with a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside. The boardwalk to the beach is also just outside and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it -- right on the ocean! The golf course is right next door, and we have six lighted tennis courts on-site. Bike trails abound out front and lead all over the island. The grocery store, restaurants, and Sheltercove Marina are all less than one mile away.
