GET READY TO HAVE A WONDERFUL VACATION in our designer decorated oceanfront villa. This Condominium is located on the first floor in Building B. And best of all, the sandy white beach and the Island’s largest oceanfront pool are only 100 yards away!
JOIN US FOR A QUICK TOUR... Enter the foyer onto beautiful new ceramic tile, which covers the hall, kitchen and bathroom. You will see the bedroom on the right. Drop your bags off there. Take a short walk down the hall thru the living room and onto the balcony for the soothing ocean sounds and the warm salty breeze. But don’t stand there too long! The white sandy shore is waiting to massage your feet. Grab a cool drink out of the frig and take a look around. You’ll find freshly painted walls, new furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa and a full kitchen, which opens to the dining area. For your dining pleasure, there is a bistro table and chairs on the balcony as well as a beautiful ceramic top table with seating for four in the dining area. Our newly remodeled bathroom features a built in dressing table with lighted mirror. There are also two bunk beds built into the hall which are great for the kids.
Just outside the front door are plenty of places to relax and play. Take a walk on the beach or lounge in the sun.(beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on site.) Need a break from the sand and surf? The Olympic size pool awaits you with over 300 lounge chairs and a kiddie pool. There are also planned games and crafts for the kids. If you need a cool drink or quick lunch, check out the pool side Tikki Bar & Grill.
Tired of lounging around? Enjoy a game of tennis on one of our ten lighted tennis courts, which are free for our guests, or rent a bike or skates on site and hit the islands bike trails. Adventure Cove Fun Center is just a short walk away and features miniature golf, a driving range, batting cages, and lots of games. If you get the urge to go shopping there are over 500 Speciality and Outlet Shops within a 10 mile radius.
FOR FINE DINING or a casual meal, Hilton Head has a large variety of restaurants to choose from, including the NEW Kings Wharf located within the resort.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is located mid island and is by far one of the best family vacation resorts on the island. It is a gated complex with 24 hour security. Our villa is a non-smoking unit. The resort does not permit pets.
