This is a 4 bedroom and den/recreation room, 3 bath house (sleeps up to 10 since theres a sofa bed in the den/rec room). Nicely furnished. House is on a private walkway to the beach. This is a second row house, with views of natural vegetation (and sometimes the ocean, depending on the growth of this vegetation, and the time of year) from the screened porch and some of the bedrooms. The house is two stories. The upper level has three bedrooms (a king-sized, a double and a twin-bedded room) and two baths. One of the bedrooms also contains a washstand. There is a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen (fully furnished down to a microwave), and large screened porch (approximately 23 X 18) equipped with table(s) and chairs living room has a TV and DVD player.
