Overview
Spacious three bedroom, two bath villa conveniently located on the first floor (no waiting for elevators and close to parking). Just steps away from the outdoor pool and the private boardwalk to the beach. This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.

We have three villas in the next building, a two bedroom, two bath, oceanview villa on the top floor, a three bedroom, 2 bath ocean view villa on the third floor, and a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a tropcial view on the first floor.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep ten comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats three. There is also a private deck off of den with table and two chairs.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!
The master bedroom has a television, ceiling fan and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, two twin beds and a televison. And another full bath is just down the hall. Kids will love this third bedroom with television with DVD, bunkbeds that sleep three - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top - and an additional twin that makes this room sleep four comfortably.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach cart to roll them to the beach. No roads to cross and just an eight to ten minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island!
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, horseshoe pit, on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, Nautilus machine, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers, dryers, and elevators on every floor and ample parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
