Dolphin Lookout at Villamare #3324 & #3332 - Two Oceanfront Villas
Yes, the picture on the left is taken from Villamare 3324 balcony and is what you see from the bedrooms, the living room and the terrace. When you wake up, when you play, and when you relax in the villa. You have similar views from Villamare 3332, just around the corner from Villamare 3324. Great views looking south down the beach.
Welcome to “Dolphin Lookout” where you can actually see the dolphin from your balcany as they swim by in the ocean. Incredible views of the ocean, beach, and pool await you. There is direct access to the beach, which is less than a 2-minute walk.
These 2 bedroom, 2 bath, villas are almost 1250 square foot villa and include a living room, dining room and kitchen with utility closet (with full size washer and dryer). Both bedroom suites have privacy with closets, shower, and a terrace so you can enjoy the magnificent views. The master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa.
For in-villa relaxation, each bedroom and the living room have a TV with 80+channels and VCR. Book early to assure availability.

Tiled and newly carpeted throughout.
Each bedroom suite has TV with VCR, a terrace to appreciate the view and can be closed off from the rest of the villa. They each also have closets and full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi with a view of the pool, beach, and ocean. Upon arrival you will have fresh linens and towels.
Living room has direct access to the terrace and has a tremendous view. There is a very comfortable pull out sleeper sofa, a TV, and VCR.
Kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking, cabinets, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dual sinks, a clothes washer and dryer in a utility closet, phone with voice mail, and is fully stocked including dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc.
Two terraces, adjacent to each bedroom and the living room await you. They are both large enough to seat 4, so you can comfortably enjoy the magnificent view.
The grounds have an adult pool, jacuzzi, lounging areas, an eating area with tables, a separate fitness center with indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, and exercise equipment, covered parking, and direct access to the beach and ocean via private walkway. The villa is centrally located so there is easy and quick access to anywhere on the island.
Your villa is 3 blocks from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, ranked as one of the best in the world with over 20 courts, most with well kempt clay surfaces. Three terrific golf courses, also located in Palmetto Dunes, are within 1 to 2 miles from your villa. There are over 30 golf courses on the island, and many more on the other side of the intercoastal.
For your safety, access to the villa is through a private gate with 24-hour security requiring a pass (which we supply). The villa has a phone with direct access to 24-hour service, just in case.
Of course, it is fully air-conditioned.
