Both of our Villamares are located on the second floor, which is accessible by two elevators or three sets of stairs. Either of these take you down to the pool and on out to the beach. While our units do not have an oceanview from the inside, it is just an easy 150 ft. stroll to the REAL THING! Compare our prices with those of an oceanview condo and youll see a savings of $200-$500 PER WEEK!
Why not spend less and enjoy the view from the beach itself? Or from the subtropical beachfront pool deck?
Both tropically decorated condos have a living area with a new queen-sized sofa bed and loveseat as well as cable TV, VCR, DVD/CD stereo and access to the balcony that has a large round table and 4 chairs. The dining rooms have full-sized dining tables that seat 6, and additional seating for 2 on stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchens include all modern appliances with new smoothtop stoves(not shown in website pictures), tableware, cooking utensils, and microwave ovens. Each unit also has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, and iron. All linens and towels are provided.
Each master bedroom suite is separated from the main living area by French doors with privacy curtains. It has a king-sized bed, cable TV, and a spacious bathroom vanity area including a large soaking tub and private shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the main balcony.
The second bedroom features a separate entry off the common foyer for more privacy when two families or couples are staying together. It features two beds, its own full bath, cable TV, and private balcony with chairs.
Villamares beautiful grounds and on-site amenities includes 400 feet of wide sandy beach, an Olympic-size oceanfront pool and hot tub, indoor health club (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise equipment), intertwining walkways and lagoons, barbecue area, sitting areas, covered parking directly under the building, and many elevators.
