Overview
On a rainy June day in 2002, we walked into this St. Andrews villa, instantly fell in love with it and bought it on the spot, even though we had no intention of buying a villa at that time! It truly is so beautiful; full of light, impeccably decorated and furnished. All we did was put brand new carpeting, and voila! Now it is simply the best unit in St. Andrews.
The wraparound porch offers you the views of a beautiful lagoon, the Fazio golf course, and your swimming pool, which is right in front of the unit. Watch your kids swim from the balcony!! Wall to wall windows fill the villa with light, and French doors open the living room and the master bedroom onto the porch. A den behind the kitchen offers a private reading/sitting area...filled with books for your enjoyment. This room opens onto yet another porch, which offers even more privacy. We even have board games and videos for your entertainment. Take the spiral staircase up to our unique loft for another sitting area with TV and VCR. The couch opens into a double bed for another sleeping area. A perfect getaway for the kids!! The dining room is awesome; glass table looking out a solid glass wall to the wonderful views described above.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each room has a private bathroom and TV. The large family room has cathedral ceilings and offers a queen-size sofa for additional sleeping. Mix a drink at the wet bar and sit down and watch the TV with VCR! We also have a stereo with CD player in the living room for music lovers.
We really have everything that you will need for a fantastic vacation. The world famous beach is a short walk (10 minutes) or drive (2 minutes) away. Or better yet, hop on one of the 2 bikes that we supply and in 5 minutes you are riding on the sand or playing tennis...for free! Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful plantation that offers biking, tennis, golf, canoeing...whatever your pleasure. Shopping and dining is all around you. Walk across the street to the famous Disney harbor and the Shelter Cove Mall! Watch the fireworks every Tuesday!
This villa truly is a beauty. Once you see it, you will want to come back for more.
