This lovely, first floor, Non-Smoking, Villamare villa is ready to become your beach paradise. Completely repainted, new living room furniture and decor. Furnished with blonde wood furniture, decorated in cool tan shades accented with rich regal colors. French doors lead to the large Master Suite furnished with a King bed, private bath with large soaking tub, remote control cable TV. Your villa also has a nice deck to sit on and enjoy morning coffee or evening refreshment. There are two Queen beds(new mattresses and box springs in Feb 2005) in the second bedroom also with a remote control cable TV, private bath, and large soaking tub as well as a small refrigerator. Wireless, high - speed internet service is available for your use!
There are a total of three TVs,one in the family room and one in each bedroom. There is a VCR and a DVD player in the family room. The large dining room table seats six for lunch and dinner and is adjacent the kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa and loveseat in the spacious family room which provides ample seating for the whole family with glass doors that open on to a deck with outdoor furniture for lounging. The sofa contains a mattress that folds out for sleeping.
Villa 1109 is located near the front of Villamare which means your villa is near the beach, oceanfront pool, cabana, sundeck and has an OCEANVIEW. Go in and out to the pool and beach as much as you want, its easy and quick from your first floor villa. Theres also an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, barbecue area and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests. Villamare is located between the Hilton and Marriott Hotels on one of the finest beaches anywhere. Its very convenient to walk next door to have a meal or beverage.
