You have just found a terrific place to relax and rejuvenate! And we have a vacation villa that you will enjoy.
Hilton Head Island is beautiful year round and St. Andrews Common in Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful complex. A perfect vacation home is waiting for you. The villa has undergone a revitalizing make-over complete with beautiful new furniture, new carpeting, new hardwood floor, and even new appliances. Without a doubt, one of the best in St. Andrews Common. Our villa is our second home, not just a vacation rental. Youll notice the difference. And it is in perfect condition! Our St. Andrews villa is located just inside Palmetto Dunes, and we chose it for the same reasons we believe you will. It is spacious, bright, and has a view that is spectacular! And no stairs to climb is a great benefit whether you have suitcases, groceries, or legs that dont need to climb stairs. Non-smoking please.
Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and dining room allow you a view of the swimming pool (25 steps from our patio), lagoon, and the beautiful Fazio Golf Course. Because our villa at St. Andrews Common is conveniently located in the center of Hilton Head Island -the beach is a short 2-minute car ride or a 10-minute walk on a paved bike/pedestrian path. You are only minutes from the ocean! Shelter Cove Harbour is also a short walk or bike ride on the bike path.
Our villa sleeps six with two large bedrooms. There is a king-size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A queen sized Aero bed is also provided to put on to the sleeper sofa for additional comfort.
There is a breakfast eating area and a dining area that seats six. The kitchen is located between the two eating areas. A bar area joins the dining room with the large living room. There are three televisions (one brand new large in the living room, and one in each bedroom)all with cable TV. There is also a DVD player in the living room and a CD player. A VCR is in the master bedroom. The swimming pool is located only steps from our private patio which has an exceptional view. Take a look for yourself.
And as an extra comfort to our guests, if you have any problems while on the Island, we have friends who live on the Island and are happy to help any of our guests.
The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is now available to all PD guests. This service runs from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. daily to transport guests all around PD - from the beach house, as well as the Tennis Center, Shelter Cove Harbour, and the Mall at Shelter Cove.
