Paved walkways on the beautifully landscaped grounds converge on the oceanfront pool and private beach boardwalk, complete with showers. Adjacent to the pool are large sundecks, a childrens pool, a gazebo with charcoal grills and bathrooms.
This unit features a master bedroom suite with a full balcony view, a king size bed, television and remodeled private bath. The second bedroom also has a television, twin and double beds. Both rooms have new carpet. The living area features tile floors, all new furnishings, large screen television, DVD player and stereo. The sofa and love seat both pull out for additional sleeping room.
A fully equipped kitchen (also with great ocean view) will allow you to fix a quick snack or a complete meal. All new top quality appliances and granite counter tops help make this remodeled kitchen enjoyable. The dining area has seating for six at the table and three more at the bar. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer sit behind the kitchen. If you cannot leave the world behind you also have access to the internet through a DSL connection. Access to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is also included.
For your safety, access to Palmetto Dunes is through a private gate with 24-hour security. Shuttle service is also provided for those who need transportation to Shelter Cove Marina and shopping areas.
