Overview
Relax and enjoy our villa!! You have found the perfect vacation spot! Our villa is bright and cheery and over looks the Fazio Golf Course. Most people agree that Hilton Head is one of the most beautiful places and St Andrews in Palmetto Dunes is an exceptional location.
Our villa is centrally located on the Island. The spectacular beach is a short 2 minute drive. Or the refreshing community pool is a short walk away. Popular Shelter Cove is a short walk or bike ride on the bike path. Many restaurants and a marina are found there and a variety of community activities for the whole family take place at Shelter Cove.
Our villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps six. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed with a brand new pillow top mattress and a new Tommy Bahama headboard. Very comfortable!! An armoire w/TV and a large closet are found in this master bedroom. There is a complete bath adjoining this room. Also, on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Air stove/cook-top, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, mixer-everything needed to make a delicious meal! Two stools are located on the outside of the new Corian counter. Step down into the dining area (seats 6) and look out to the 15th tee. Move to the living area where a sleeper sofa and love seat offer comfortable seating. A rocking chair has been placed by the corner window for some reading time. There is a flat screen TV with a VCR/DVD combo and a CD player in the entertainment center. We have placed a variety of movies for our guests enjoyment!
Climb the circular stairs to the newly decorated loft bedroom. New mattresses and new headboards add to the pleasure of this room. You will also find a ceiling fan, dresser, closet and complete bath upstairs.
Open the french doors to the outside deck and relax while looking over the 14th green and pond. Watch the fascinating wildlife!
A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located near the front entrance. We have placed some games and kites in the laundry room. We just purchased 2 new bikes for our guests which you will find inside the villa.
We now offer internet access. Linens provided.
