Our Huntington Villa is brand new to the rental/vacation market and NO detail has been spared in making our spacious villa as comfortable as possible during your stay. Completely renovated in 2005 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, screened-in porch, plus a large deck, all brand new, tastefully selected furnishings and ceiling fans throughout. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and fireplace in living room. King size bed in master, with a jacuzzi tub. Double bunk beds with full size trundle in second bedroom with a large Hawaiian theme bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. T.V. and VCR located in every bedroom. Plasma T.V. w/DVD/VCR in living room. The beautiful Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system is accessible directly in back of our villa for tranquil wildlife viewing, kayaking and canoeing. The large heated on-site pool is located a few steps from our villa. Our island style decorating and personal attention to your comfort and style will make it hard for your to leave. Our Huntington Villa is located in the prestigious gated Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes. Three 18-hole PGA golf courses are located within the Palmetto Dunes resort. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center has been ranked in the Top 50 US Tennis Resorts by Tennis Magazine with 23 clay and two hard courts. Junior tennis and lessons are available. Within the resort are miles and miles of paved trails for biking, walking, jogging and roller blading. Palmetto Dunes Outfitters, located just down the road, has your biking, canoeing, kayaking and fishing rental needs covered, as well as guided kayaking/canoeing tours and surf school. One hour of FREE TENNIS PER DAY for our guests is included in your stay.
