Overview
For the vacationers who prefer a villa with the feel of a house, the contemporary two-story town homes of Huntington at Palmetto Dunes Resort would be the perfect choice. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with amenities galore. Among the many appealing features of the property is the open floor plan, skylights, vaulted ceiling, and ceiling fans The screened-in porch and separate deck have a great view of the pool. The villa is a stones throw from the famous Palmetto Dunes lagoon system, 11 miles to fish, kayak, or boat. The villas are elevated above ground level which allows you park right at your front door. The on-site recreation area (7 steps from the back door) includes a private community pool, hot tub, and childrens pool
7604 is arranged so that the living/dining area and all three of the bedrooms take advantage of the pool view. A door from the dining area leads out to the screened porch. From there you can proceed to the deck and down a set of stairs to the grounds and recreation area.
The large master bedroom features a king bed and the bath features a Jacuzzi tub with a separate step-in shower and double vanity.
The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and each has its own private bathroom. One bedroom has a 2 queen size beds and the other has a king bed. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Palmetto Dunes is home to three championship Golf Courses designed by Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Arthur Hills all within one mile of our villa. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center has been in the Top 50 resorts by Tennis Magazine since 1975. There are 23 clay courts and 2 hard courts, some with lights for evening play. There are several miles of paved leisure trails for walking, biking, and roller blading. There is also an 11-mile lagoon system for fishing and boating.
New this year is the Palmetto Dunes Transportation system that will pick up vacationers anywhere in the resort and drop them off anywhere within PD including Shelter Cove. Operates April thru mid-September.
