64 Port Tack is a newly renovated and remodeled 3 Bedroom Home nestled in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort, a premier gated community with the best beach on Hilton Head Island. Off the deck is a new free-form swimming pool with a soothing waterfall. Glancing over the shimmering water of the pool, your eyes are drawn into the natural lagoon abounding with wildlife-you can even fish for bass and feed the turtles off the dock in the backyard
It is only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to the expansive beach. If you prefer to drive, there is a parking area at the Dunes House near the North Gate entrance. Palmetto Dunes offers three renowned golf courses and has one of the top tennis resorts in the country. The neighborhood is surrounded by the world famous Robert Trent Jones golf course.
The living and dining room are open and airy with easy access to the wide deck. The newly equipped kitchen has a pass through to the den/game room which has a wood burning fireplace. The den has a 27 flat screen Panasonic TV/VCR/DVD combination unit. A cozy screened-in porch allows you to enjoy nature while still inside. In the hallway is a utility room with a full size washer and dryer and a half bath.
The master bedroom has open access to the deck/pool area and has two queen-sized beds, a 20 Panasonic TV/VCR/DVD combo unit and large private bath with separate shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and 20 TV/VCR combo unit. The third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a large adjoining bath. The den sofa makes into a queen-sized bed. Guests must bring linens for the sleeper sofa.
