OUR BEAUTIFUL SEA PINES VILLA IS A PERFECT SPOT FOR A GREAT VACATION GETAWAY!
It is a five minute walk to Harbourtown Marina, shops, and restaurants. Sea Pines is the islands largest resort with miles of paved bike paths and forest preserve.
We are five minutes from the Sea Pines Beach Club, a private beach for property owners and guests. They have a snack bar and entertainment. They serve a full dinner menu in the summer. You can drive your car or take one of our cruiser bikes (included at no charge). You can even ride your bike on the beach.
Watch the golfers tee off from our screened porch, or play yourself on one of the three courses in Sea Pines. There is every kind of water sport available including exploring by kayak or canoe and parasailing. Go Horseback riding or walk and explore the forest preserve. Get in shape at the fitness center. Play miniature golf at many different courses on Hilton Head.
In Harbourtown you can cruise on the Stars and Stripes sailboat or cruise on a power boat into Savannahs Historic Waterfront District for the day.
Hilton Head is a great spot for a family vacation. There are playhouses, movie theaters, great restaurants,bands, live entertainment, beautiful beaches, and excellent shopping at the many factory outlets.
If you do decide to relax and cook at home our kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a large video library of DVD movies at the villa.

Rates
December-February--- $850.00 per week or $1900.00 per month, $225.00 per night. (3 night minimum) $250.00 per night.(2 nights)
March-May----$950.00 per week.
June-August----$1250.00 per week.
September-November----$850.00 per week, $225.00 per night. 3 nights, 2 nights $250.00 per night
Longer term rates available during winter months(November thru February)
Rates include departure cleaning and gate passes.
10% S.C. accommodations tax to be added to above rates.
Deposit of 50% due within 5 days, balance due 2 months prior to arrival date.
Will consider home exchange trade. Prefer Mexico, Hawaii, Caribbean.
Additional Rental Information:
The Villa is ground level with good wheelchair access.
Smoking Allowed Outside on porch Only, Not in villa.
No Pets Allowed.
Our villa is First Class and has all amenities.
