Overview
A Hilton Head Island beach oriented home in the Sea Pines Resort. Located only five homes from the beach, stroll down the beach walk way or swim in the private, fenced pool.
Enjoy our spacious home of 5 bedrooms, and four baths. It features two master suites, both with private baths. The guest bedrooms are made up with a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two doubles, and a bedroom with twin beds. For additional sleeping there are two sleeper sofas, enabling this Hilton Head vacation home to easily accommodate sixteen. With the two master suites, it is ideal for two families who want to vacation together.
The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of room for the chef in the group to prepare any feast. The kitchen features granite counter tops, cherry cabinets and double ovens. There is enough room for all to help, or to watch as the kitchen opens to the family room to create a large family gathering spot. For light fare there is breakfast table, and for the more formal times there is another dining area.
If you are looking for privacy, there are three separate living areas; living room, family room, and a Carolina room. You will enjoy relaxing in the tiled Carolina room where you can drop the windows and turn it into a screened porch. There is an open flow to this vacation retreat. If you like electronics, there are TVs, VCRs, and DVDs throughout the home.
Relax and sun bathe around our large pool which at your request can be heated. For your enjoyment and your childrens safety, the pool has a privacy fence surrounding it, There is a hot spa for you to enjoy our tropical Carolina nights. Enjoy some shrimp and a glass of wine as you grill your fresh seafood on the gas grill.
Surf Scoter is in a wonderful section of the Sea Pines resort., and backs to one of the best Island beach areas. You are only a short bike ride to either South Beach or Harbourtown. The golf pro shop is less than a mile away. If you want beach side entertainment then the Sea Pines Beach Club is a fifteen minute stroll up the beach.
Our home away from home is all set for your vacation. Bedding, towels, and all linens are provided. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. and a fully equipped kitchen. Of course this home is air conditioned. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise.
